Step One
Go to http://opn.executivenetworks.com, and log in with your email address, and the password "eda" (if you have cookies enabled, it will remember you after the first visit).

Step Two
Click the "Manage all of my Subcriptions" link in the toolbar, below the list of topics.

Step Three
In the checkboxes to the right of "/webx/allnetworks/Executive Networks," check Email Digest and click the Set button. Be sure to uncheck Email Messages if you do not want individual messages by email anymore.
