For email notification of new topics AND an email digest:

Step One
Go to http://opn.executivenetworks.com, and log in with your email address, and the password "eda" (if you have cookies enabled, it will remember you after the first visit).

Step Two
Click the "Manage all of my Subcriptions" link in the toolbar, below the list of topics.

Step Three
In the checkboxes to the right of "/webx/allnetworks/Executive Networks," check Email Messages and check Email Digest, and click the Set button.

Step Four
At the bottom of the Manage Subscriptions page, under Other Settings, uncheck the box that says "For email subscriptions, send the full message every time a new message is posted." Unchecking this box will set your preference to email for new topics only.
