Online Peer Networking Quickstart Guide
OPN Email Forum Norms
* If
you have a response to an OPN email that is intended for only one
person, you must cut and paste their email address in to “To” field
versus hitting “Reply All” in an effort not to spam all OPN members.
* If
you offer yourself as a resource through an OPN request, please insert
your phone number and/or have a signature available within the email in
order for members to reach out to you easily.
* In an effort to
maintain a robust dialogue within the OPN forum, please try not to
answer ‘yes’ or ‘no’ in response to a forum request.
* Please do not send out job postings via the OPN forum. If you would like to network a job with your colleagues, please either send the posting to your Community Connections Director or directly to your networks private OPN forum.
